What are the benefits of liposomal vitamin C over ordinary vitamin C?
Liposomal vitamin C supplements allow the small intestine to absorb more vitamin C than regular vitamin C supplements.
Vitamin C is absorbed through the small intestine. Absorption of ordinary forms of vitamin C relies primarily on multiple receptors in intestinal epithelial cells.
